The clinic, set to take place on Saturday and Sunday, May 25-26, will provide young players aged 8-14 with a platform to focus on shooting and finishing techniques.
According to the organizers, participants will have the chance to learn from experienced coaches and trainers from prominent organizations such as the City of Raleigh, First Touch Soccer, and the Raleigh Police Department. The clinic aims to help players improve their striking abilities, practice finishing under pressure, simulate game scenarios, work on set-piece plays, and engage in games that emphasize shooting and finishing skills.
In preparation for the clinic, participants are advised to bring water, sunscreen, and suitable soccer attire, including both sneakers and cleats for sessions on both field and court. Additionally, the program sessions are subject to rescheduling in case of inclement weather.
